RETURNS

We understand that sometimes it's necessary to return a product, so we offer a 14-day return policy for any items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at contact@buoyla.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, unless the product was defective or there was an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the cost of shipping.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return policy conditions, we will issue a refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy conditions.
