PURCHASE CONDITIONS

1. Sizing: Please carefully review the sizing chart provided on our website to ensure that you order the correct size of swimwear.

2. Quality: All of our men's swimwear is made with high-quality materials and is thoroughly inspected before shipment. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for an exchange.

3. Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Shipping: All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Standard shipping times apply, and we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. 

5. Care: To ensure the longevity of your men's swimwear, we recommend hand-washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Do not bleach or iron.

6. Availability: Our inventory is subject to change at any time, and we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular style or size. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a refund.

7. Pricing: All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changing market conditions, production costs, or other factors.

8. Taxes & Duties: If an international shipment incurs customs duties and taxes, the customer will be responsible for settling these fees associated with the order.
